Recovery is all about action, but I think sometimes we mix that up and think it is &quot;action we have to take&quot;...in other words, &quot;do these certain processes.&quot;  But I&#039;m finding more and more that the action I need to take in recovery is about what I need to become.  In other words, not just processes that others are following, but processes that build my own vision.
