First 3 days i used a mild amount of kratom to ease the withdrawls because I believe my withdrawls will only last 6-8 days. If you believe in yourself anything is possible in life just remember someone else out there feels the way you do to. Just remember this time shall pass.

I am on day 4 of quitting it is hell I know I havent slept for days..
