I have always had a real problem with goals in my life.  Because of a deep rooted defeatist attitude on life, I could never finish anything I started.  When I made up my mind to stop drinking over 10 years ago, I decided to look soberiety as a process and not a destination.  It worked for me.
A friend of mine told me to take &quot;baby steps - and someday you will be able to look back at those steps and bronze them.&quot;
