Im now going to a brand new church that has just started and Im wanting to start a recovery of life group focused toward everyone who has and or is in the sin of alcohol and or addiction.

I believe that when you uncover the unsderlying problem that began your alcohol or drug use then you are able to begin your recovery...And with Gods help are able to live again, hence the recovery of life based alot like the 12 steps but instead of addiction you are able to recovery because I believe that God doesnt make mistakes and the only God to bow down to is the One and Only God the Father of Jesus. I also believe that when you begin your recovery of life by following the phrase progress not perfection you will be able to leave alcohol and drugs behind for a new life with a true addiction "Christ."

Can you guide me in the correct direction to begin a group of this type?
