I would talk to your doc about Suboxone.  It is not a full opiate like Methadone, instead it is a partial opiate.  So it does not exactly get you wasted like full opiates do.
You might also seek out a medical detox center.

isPermaLink="false">http://www.spiritualriver.com/?page_id=1301#comment-57003</guid> <description>I am currently cutting from 15 mils to 10 i have to force my body to feel withdrawl sickness each day even when i take 5 mils in the morning say at 8am i try to go till 6pm or longer befor takinf the other 5 i heared suboxone helps alot but i dont wanna substitute one addiction for another i really wanna beat this addiction when i started taking meth i was taking a bit more than 120 mills i have cut it from that to almost a steady 10 mils perday and 15 mils max i split my dose i really just need some help with what i can do to prepare myself to make the last push and kick this habbit for good. Is there certain foods and vitamins i should be taking say a week or 2 prior to trying to kick it or like some sites say go on suboxone then cut it down to beat this if so how much should i take if im on 10 mils of methadone. Plz help me with something im trying my damdest to cut my dose i can handdle a few hours of sickness but i know trying to go cold turkey is going to drain my body.
