While I've been doing bare minimum, I need to step up my game (intensity and duration). I lost 11 lbs, but then got kinda stagnant. Didn't gain anything back...yet, but I would still like to be much healthier than where I am at. As much as I hate the gym, especially going by myself, the cold dreary days are keeping me from getting my cardio in as much as I need. Also I need to work on making room for my new workout area down in the basement, course part of that is saving up for another TV to hook up. I think my tailbone is finally healed up enough, so I also signed up for Level 3 again for the pole dancing class, no way I'm moving on to level 4 after taking months off, I'd drop myself on my head (it really does work your muscles, coordination, flexibility and builds esteem when you nail a move down) All I know is that last year I watched some pole dancing competition (professional, not a strip club!) and remember thinking, wow...they are in awesome shape, not skinny, but healthy and strong.
So off I go, into the yucky grey day to sweat it on out with a bunch of strangers...
