Heres my problem. My new work schedule is not consistant. I never know when i have to work till 9 at night. Sometimes i go in early and the rest i go in at noon. I dont know how to get on an exercise routine with a schedule like that. Yall are probably going to tell me to get my butt up real early and walk. I feel that one coming and i hate mornings but think about it and see if you can come up with a good routine for me. Im trying to get out of this aint I? LOL. Well at least i made it on to water coolers.
