    Counting days...
Excuses, excuses, excuses!!! My work out time is not consistent. I've done it in the morning, afternoon, and night...even late late. One time, I think I finished at 11:45 pm. I wasn't about to let Erin get ahead of me (I know dang it, she finally got the jump on me. Lol). I also do different things..sometimes treadmill or other machine at gym, some times elliptical we have here at home, sometimes walk, sometimes DVDs..I am liking zumba and Jillian michaels CDs. I've also tried a few classes at gym. Finally, somedays, I've just focused on abs, and spent twenty minutes doing crunches.

Please join us. It is only twenty minutes. Very doable. I can't even begin to describe how much better I feel now that I have been exercising consistently. As the Nike ads say, just do it.

Mairianna..I am glad you are joining us again.. I am sooooooo jealous of the 1 stone, 4lbs..!

Heres my problem. My new work schedule is not consistant. I never know when i have to work till 9 at night. Sometimes i go in early and the rest i go in at noon. I dont know how to get on an exercise routine with a schedule like that. Yall are probably going to tell me to get my butt up real early and walk. I feel that one coming and i hate mornings but think about it and see if you can come up with a good routine for me. Im trying to get out of this aint I? LOL. Well at least i made it on to water coolers.
How far do you park from your job...add things in like parking further and walking, also, if you have stairs at your job, walk them instead of an elevator...you'd be surprised how much little changes like that can make throughout the day. That is where I do ok during the week, but the weekends are harder becuase I have to actually get up and move around and I get quite lazy. But Millie's right, 20 minutes is not alot. It takes me 12 minutes each way to walk from my car to my office so I can knock out 24 minutes during the day at work plus I incorporate the stairs. These dreaded weekends is where I need my motivation...

Omg I forgot you were over here too. Y'all are right I have no excuses. I do have stairs in my house. I just forget they are there. Sounds crazy but we have not been here long and it leads to a bonus room and I never go up. Oh yeah I could run laps up there. Its an empty room and I can use the stairs too. Ok I got that one. I have to park my car way away from where I work cause my hubby would have a stroke if I parked it close to other cars so therefore I power walk to the door. It only takes 2 minutes. I get the idea though.

Ok, ok I forgot I had stairs and stuff. It is 6:30 am and im grumpy but im hitting the stairs right after my coffee. I am doing the stairs first and do the rest power walking around a big empty room. That's just today.
Good idea Serena about the stairs. Im putting this off so im outta here so I can get started ugh.

    Good morning everyone!!

@ Counting Days...I am everywhere! haha Except accomplishing my own exercise! Yesterday was my day 1 for me the third time around. I'm determined that this time is going to be it without my own excuses cause I am full of them! lol I want to loose 10 pounds...that is my motivation right now and the only way I'm going to do that is to make myself get up and moving.

Time to get up and get on with Day 2!

Day 12 for me! Funny you were talking about the stairs today, because it was just cold and yucky out this morning and I didn't want to go out. So I ran up and down the stairs several times, which sucked worse than running a lap around the track. LOL

Glad to see you over here, Counting! Everyone, have a great day!!

Wow dragonfly. I am tired just reading your goals. I tried to start eating right a week or so ago and flunked royally. You are inspiring me to start again. I need to rethink my plan, though.

Are your cleanses just pills, or diet too???

Dragonfly if you dont mind I am curious too what the cleanses are. Your doing colon first? And ummm does this require a bathoom to be handy for that? Im working on getting my physical health better and relearning how not to eat processed foods so much. But want to do some cleanses. Any suggestions would be great.

Sylvane I love kettle balls. I had them in exercise class 2 yrs ago. Loved it so much. But well drinking took over last 2 yrs. Are you doing a tape or you go to class?

    Bill, awesome on the stairs!

Millie how did you do today?

Day 2 done! Mowed my mom's waist high grass today! Ok, so half of the yard, but it was well past 20 minutes!! lol Looking at how she has let things go around her home because of what I believe is her addiction to pills just makes me re-evaluate my own life and I'm so thankful for the choices that I've recently made. Hope everyone had a good day!!!

I am on day one again today. I watched the biggest loser folks exercise instead of doing it myself.

I'm still on Day 12 so far today. LOL The day's not over yet, so I don't have to reset, but hopefully I'll get a little something in this evening. Moving sucks... just thought I'd throw that in.

I'm also interested in hearing about the cleanses you're doing, Dragonfly!

    Serena, Erin, Millie,
Which one of you told me, Serena it was you. The stairs. Im dying. My legs hurt so bad i cant lift them to get in the tub. I dont know what i would do to you if you were standing in front of me. HAHA! Awesome idea and a great workout. I do hurt though. I go in later today so i will be hitting the stairs this morning. Its going to hurt like H@&# but I got this. I thought i was in pretty decent shape until i did that. My second time up I was panting like a dog.
    Millie
That was funny what you said about watching biggest loser. That made me laugh pretty hard. Girl you started this now dont be watching other people do it and get off the butt and get going. Im hurting and im taking it out on you gals. LOL. I have been busy complaining about my mom so im going to the stairs now with my sore legs and get this done. DAY 2.

Testing, Hi all, been having trouble posting. Sent a message to webmaster. Just to say I've given up on the exercise again. My plan is to start again on Tuesday as I'm away at a family event and I'm sure I'll struggle to find time, so hoping for a clear run next week. Need to put all my efforts into not drinking and my studies (getting on well with that). I'm also interested in the colon cleanse Dragonfly. I'm on a low carb diet and its working really well - 19lbs lost so far, or 1 stone 5 lbs this side of the pond. Would need to check ingredients incase it interferes with my diet. I'll look it up.

Well, Day 14, but I just barely squeaked by. I didn't push very hard, but did just enough to get by so I knew Millie wasn't ahead. LOL!

Great job on your stone loss, Mairianna! I never quite lost a stone, but I think I'm gaining some pebbles back!
