How can I help my friend get over drugs addiction.. the addition has been for the past 4 years...

Your friend will probably need professional help.I am sorry to say,but there is nothing you can do by yourself.He will need detoxing or something like that.

OR you can help by being by their side as they reach withdrawal from whatever it is... it shouldn't take more than a year ;)
