What to do about enablers

My daughter has 2 DUI's and both resulted in probation. Unfortunately her dad is in law enforcement and probation did nothing when she kept drinking and failing alcohol tests. So, one enabler is my ex husband.

My family, (my parents and sisters) has been giving her money for school etc , everything I took away to get her to deal with the drinking. Now they all are angry with me because I am angry for their enabling!
