Everything really is better once you get grounded and off the booze and drugs. I liveded it for 40 yrs. I did manage to keep my job for 30 yrs however. One funny thing my girlfriend ALWAYS comments on is my driving though, she says now that I’m sober and not worried about an OUI that I drive more aggressively. God bless

Hi all,Yes,the cost of treatment is very,very high.But it pales in comparison to the toll taken by alcoholism on the alcoholic as well as those they love,So if it works ,then treatment is one of the best investments you can make.
