hi im in recovery since august 2004 was clean for 16 1/2 months, relasped and came right back. october 8th ill have 21 months!!! anyway keeping gratitude can be real difficult at times and thats when i need the program the most. Its easy for me to feel sorry for myself and to forget how i got here and where i am today. needless to say im not always hoepfu, sometimes arrogant and at times arguementive but having gratitude for where im at today is very important.
