I went to AA for 25 years, and outpatient treatment for 30 days in 1993 and inpatient treatment in 1994 for 3o days. At that time the main focus was alcholol abuse, hadn't discovered prescription drugs yet. Nothing has worked, how do I get over this obsession with using something to make myself feel better in my own skin? I also suffer from severe OCD, which I believe has been the root of all my problems. Yes I see a pychaotrist, the same on for 16 years and an ocd counselor. Sorry for my spelling errors.

I am a prescription drug addict, drink to excess occasionally, nicotine addict, sugar and bad food addict.
