I think that way too many people get caught up in the semantics of the process and turn off to it because they can&#039;t get past the religious, or theoretical elements of a treatment.
One of the things I took that helped me to quit smoking was the book &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.emilebarrios.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt; Nub&lt;/a&gt; by Emile Barrios for precisely that reason... he promotes an &quot;agnostic&quot; approach to recovery that doesn&#039;t rely on any one process in particular.
