Great reminders that every day is a good day to start improving your life. On that note, I think people should recognize that checking into rehab is far from the only professional option for getting help with one&#039;s addiction.
Even if you can&#039;t check into a rehab, you can start seeing an addiction specialist or begin an intensive outpatient treatment program during this time. These sorts of treatment options allow addicts to keep their life in relative order while they work on improving it (not everyone can leave work for a month or more).
